All of our products are designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom using trusted suppliers and partners.

5. Delivery
All products are made to order. Estimated lead times are stated on our product pages or confirmed at checkout. Lead times begin once payment has cleared and artwork or specifications are approved.
Delivery is handled via our trusted courier partners. Once goods leave our premises, responsibility for safe delivery transfers to the courier. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, including courier delays, strikes or adverse weather.
6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
As all of our products are made to order, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges on faulty items.

Approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of approval.

7. Bespoke and Trade Orders
Bespoke, trade and custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun.
All bespoke details (including scale, colour, and material) must be approved in writing before manufacture.
