Samples are usualy shipped next working day, please allow up to 4 working days for delivery is you are based outside the UK and 2 working days if you are based within the UK.

Wallpapers take about 3–4 weeks, and fabric orders usually arrive in 5 working days. If we can get it to you sooner, we absolutely will!

In a rush? Let us know your deadline, and while we can’t make any promises, we’ll do our very best to make it happen.

Mistakes happen! You’ve got 48 hours from placing your order to make any changes or cancellations. After that, your order starts its journey to you, and we can’t promise it is possible to hit the pause button but we are happy to try

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your items and your delivery address—you’ll see the final total at checkout.

That depends on the design you choose—each print has a different pattern repeat, which can affect how many rolls you’ll need.

It’s not always guaranteed, but it’s definitely worth checking! Please contact us and we’ll see if we still have rolls from the same batch available.

If we can’t match the batch, we’ll send you a new one instead. We work with one of the best print mills in the UK, so while slight variations between batches can happen, they’re very rare.

Fabric projects can vary a lot depending on the design, make, and sewing techniques involved—so unfortunately, we’re unable to give specific quantity advice.

For the most accurate guidance, we recommend reaching out to a professional upholsterer, curtain maker, or other relevant expert. They’ll be able to advise based on the details of your project, including things like pattern matching and fabric repeats.
