We try hard to make sure we only allocate prints to the product that suits it best, this is to avoid producing anything that won't sell. However if you think we have missed a trick please feel free to contact us and make a request which we can consider for any future production.
We are always happy to offer additional advice but first we recommend following our #poodleandblonde on Instagram and Pinterest to see how other customers have styled our product. If wallpaper or fabric feels too bold, then start off with some of our home accessories instead. Our range offers cushions, lamp shades, art prints and more easy to style and commitment free options
This depends on which print you would like to order. Each design has a different repeat which will alter how many rolls your project may need. For an instant quote use our wallpaper calculator, perfect for quick estimates. For a more precise quote, a qualified decorator is advised to measure your space before placing your final order
If you order has not yet been printed then yes we can offer you a refund. Please contact us to amend the order for you. Refunds on non-faulty wallpaper cannot be offered once the paper has been printed
Whilst it is unlikely we will have rolls from the same batch in stock, it is always possible. Please contact us to check. If we are unable to provide you a roll from the same batch then a new batch will be sent to you instead. We work with one of the best print mills in the UK and inconsistencies between rolls of different batches are possible but rare
All our wallpaper is printed as bespoke, meaning it has been printed specifically for you. This allows us to guarantee consistency across each roll you recieve and most importantly it allows us to manufacture responsibly and reduce our carbon footprint, through avoiding the use of additional shipping and packaging. It is for this reason we can only accept refunds on faulty paper. Please contact us if your paper is faulty within 14 days of receiving your goods. Faulty rolls include errors within the print, colour or repeat of the paper. We suggest ordering a sample of your chosen design before placing your final order to ensure you are happy with the colours and scale of the print. In addition, you should seek advice from a qualified decorator to confirm how many rolls you will need to avoid over ordering. Yes! However we recommend using a varnish on of the paper once hung for added resistance against the moisture
