Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds
All our wallpaper is printed per order, for this reason we can only accept refunds on faulty paper. Faulty includes errors within the print, colour or repeat of the paper. We suggest ordering a sample of your chosen design before placing your final order to ensure you are happy with the colours and scale of the print. Finally, please be sure to use our wallpaper calculator or have a painter decorator confirm how many rolls you will need to avoid over ordering.

Exchanges
At the director’s discretion, and if paper is in a resalable condition we can accept exchanges on your wallpaper order. Please contact our customer service team to discuss. All exchanges granted to be to the value of original order.
