Featuring our signature prints, each cushion is available in upholstery-grade cotton linen for indoor use or water-repellent twill for outdoors. A central aged bamboo toggle allows the cover to be easily removed for cleaning or swapping to a different design.
For added flexibility, you can also purchase additional covers separately, making it easy to refresh your space, switch between prints, or transform your cushion from indoor to outdoor use with ease.

Care Instructions – Removable Cushion Cover
Remove cover from inner before washing
Turn cover inside out and fully zip closed to protect the print and trim
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle
Wash with similar colours
Use a mild detergent only (avoid bleach or optical brighteners)
Do not tumble dry
Do not wring or twist
Drying:
Reshape while damp
Line dry naturally, away from direct sunlight
Ironing:
Iron on reverse at a low temperature if needed
Avoid direct heat on the printed surface and fringe
Additional care:
Avoid overloading the machine (helps protect the fabric and fringe)
Due to the natural composition of the fabric, slight texture changes may occur over time

To spot clean, gently dab the affected area with a clean cloth using cold or lukewarm water and a small amount of mild detergent. Avoid rubbing, as this may disturb the print and fibres. Blot dry with a clean towel and allow to air dry naturally.
If machine washed, a gradual softening and slight reduction in colour vibrancy may occur over time.

Each of our floor cushions is made to order especially for you, using our signature fabrics and finishes. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind.
However, quality is extremely important to us. If your item arrives with a fault, whether this relates to the fabric, print, trim, or inner, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve this for you.
We also offer a one-year guarantee on all floor cushions. This covers any manufacturing faults or issues that should not occur with normal use. Examples include:
Stitching or seams coming undone
Issues with the zip or closure
Inner filling failure or excessive loss of structure
Trim or fringe becoming detached
Print or fabric faults not identified at the time of delivery
Where possible, we will repair your cushion to restore it to its original condition. If a repair is not suitable, we will arrange a replacement.
This guarantee does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, or damage caused by washing outside of our care instructions.
